\r\n主旨：謹訂於114年11月3日(星期一)上午時段辦理陽明校區114年度第4次實驗場所尖銳與固體廢棄物清運，請查照。
\r\n
\r\n說明：
\r\n
\r\n一、本次清運物為實驗室產出之固體廢棄物包含不鏽鋼針頭、玻璃試管、手術刀、尖銳器皿、實驗產出破碎玻璃、玻璃材料之注射針筒、實驗蓋玻片與載玻片、玻璃培養皿、化學藥品空瓶(確認廢液已移除)等，但不包含放射性物質、化學藥品與化學廢液。

\r\n三、清運者請以堅硬紙箱盛裝(大小勿超過B4大小紙箱)，周邊黏貼牢固，並填妥清運表單黏貼，紙箱口暫勿封口，待當日檢查內容物後封口秤重清運，當日請排隊等候清運(請自行攜帶剪刀與膠帶，環安中心恕不提供)。

\r\n四、運送人員請穿著實驗衣、包鞋、戴手套與口罩，做好個人防護以確保安全，未依規定著裝與包裝生物性廢棄物者不予收受，敬請見諒。
\r\n
\r\n五、為利實驗場所整齊清潔，請各實驗場所整理塵封已不再使用或已有破損之玻璃器皿與相關玻璃製品耗材，於本次清運時程一併清除。
\r\n
\r\n六、清運地點為山上與山下生物廢棄物貯留室2處，請各清運人注意，請依時間於定點處排隊等候當面秤重點交，逾時將無法協助清運。
\r\n(一)09:00~09:30：動物中心正前方(山上生物貯留室)。
\r\n(二)10:00~10:30：生物醫學大樓停車場貨梯平臺邊(山下生物貯留室)。

\r\nSubject: Needles and glasses from laboratory biomedical wastes in yangming campus will be cleaned up in the morning on Monday, November 3, 2025
\r\n
\r\nIllustrate:
\r\n
\r\n1. Biomedical waste sources: stainless steel needles, glass test tubes, scalpels, sharp utensils, broken glasses, injection syringes, experimental coverslips and glass slides, glass petri dishes, chemical empty bottles from experimental labs.
\r\n

\r\n3. Please pack the biomedical wastes into the hard cardboard boxes (the size not more than B4), fill your laboratory information on the biohazard sign sticker and paste it.
\r\n
\r\n4. Transport personnel should wear lab coats, wrapped shoes, gloves and masks, and take personal protection to ensure safety.
\r\n
\r\n5. In order to keep the experimental labs tidy and clean, please collect laboratory’s needles and glasses no longer use, and remove them together in this time.

\r\n6. Cleaning location schedule:
\r\n(1) 09:00~09:30: In front of laboratory animal center.
\r\n(2) 10:00~10:30: Next to the parking lot of the Biomedical Building.
\r\n
